Pricing
One price per event, paid by the organizer
Players never pay and the app has no purchases. An event with a player cap up to 15 is free. Above that the organizer pays once for the event, on the web, before publishing it.

Who pays
The organizer, once per event, with Stripe Checkout on the web: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Players and staff never pay. Organizers and moderators do not count toward the player cap.
VAT and currency
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Every event is paid on its own; there is no subscription.
Changing the cap
Raising the cap after publishing costs the difference between the two bands. Fewer players than the cap, or a lower cap, does not lead to a refund, so pick a band with some room.
Promo codes and refunds
Promo codes exist for the first organizers; ask us for one. If you cancel an event before it starts, write to us and we refund it by hand.
Over 500 players
For bigger events we agree the price with you. Write to us with the date and the expected number of players.
