The agreement that governs your use of TacLink.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and TacLink (operated by AV Solutions). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use TacLink.

The service

TacLink provides team coordination, live tactical maps, realtime positions, and match operations for airsoft teams. Features labelled as Pro require an active subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions and billing

• TacLink Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; material changes apply only to future billing periods.

Refunds

Payments are processed by the app store where you purchased the subscription, and refunds are handled under that store's policies. TacLink cannot directly issue store refunds. For App Store purchases, refund requests are made through Apple.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TacLink for any unlawful activity or to endanger any person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the team, game, and marker data you create. You grant TacLink the limited rights needed to host and deliver that data to your teammates as part of operating the service.

Disclaimers and liability

TacLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Realtime and location features depend on network conditions and may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacLink and AV Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using TacLink and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Questions can be sent to support@tac-link.com.
