TacLink is a field coordination tool for airsoft teams — a shared live map, team management, and host-controlled games. If something isn't working or you have a question, reach out and we'll help.

Email support@tac-link.com with a description of the issue. Including your account email, device model, and OS version helps us resolve things faster.
Subscriptions
- TacLink Pro unlocks live game features such as shared teammate positions and enemy markers.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in the store where you purchased it — the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Use Restore Purchasesin the app if an active subscription isn't recognized after reinstalling or switching devices.
Account and data
- You can update your profile details inside the app.
- To permanently delete your account and associated data, use the deletion page linked below or the option inside the app.
Connectivity
TacLink is built for the field, so it keeps showing your cached map and last known state when the connection drops. If live positions stop updating, check your signal — the app will resync automatically once you're back online.
